Bio
Hany is a dedicated professional with a passion for working with socially marginalized groups by empowering and advocating with and for them. Social justice is therefore important in the work that she does and approach that she takes.
Hany has been facilitating and coordinating employment readiness workshops for job seekers in the Ottawa area since 2014. She has worked with and supported employers in the hiring of culturally diverse youth and adults, and creating an inclusive and welcoming workspace. Hany has experience developing and implementing a number of employment and training opportunities for unemployed, multi-barriered and racialized individuals. During 1-on-1 career coaching sessions, Hany offers comprehensive career, educational and employment assistance to job seekers, while providing up-to-date employment advice and labour market information.
